A Ministry of Transportation driver examiner faces a sexual assault charge following an alleged encounter with a Toronto woman taking her school bus operator's test.
Halton Regional Police say the 45-year-old alleged victim was taking her exam in Burlington on the afternoon of March 3. She was told by the instructor to drive to a secluded location in Burlington where he reportedly sexually assaulted her.
The victim wasn't physically injured during the encounter but 36-year-old Melvin Jason Button of Hamilton is charged with one count of sexual assault. He'll make his first court appearance April 22.
