what to do if you've been mistreated by a TTC employee

Our last entry (Trouble with TTC Employees) caught the interest of Brad Ross, the Director of Corporate Communications for the TTC. He passes along some helpful contact information in the event that you've been mistreated by a TTC employee and would like to file a formal complaint.

You can either call 416-393-3030 between 9am-5pm on weekdays, or fill out the online form here

You have 21 days from the time of the incident to file a complaint, and you can also request to receive a reply from the TTC if an investigation is launched.
